Nerds Abroad Inc. DBA Lebanon HEART is raising funds to support the first major step in restoring Lebanon’s historic 1936 Seagrave fire apparatus: securing the insurance coverage needed to begin work safely and responsibly.

Before restoration work can begin, HEART needs insurance coverage that helps protect the apparatus, volunteers, transportation, and restoration-related activities. Our current starting goal is approximately $1,500, which will help us move from planning into the next stage of the project.

The 1936 Seagrave is more than an old fire truck. It is a piece of Lebanon’s fire service history, and our goal is to preserve it so future generations can see it, learn from it, and understand the legacy of the firefighters and community members connected to it.

Lebanon HEART is an independent nonprofit effort. The historic apparatus we support is associated with the Lebanon Fire District, but HEART raises funds independently through private donors and volunteers.

Every donation helps us take the next practical step toward preserving this important piece of local history.
